Massage
The relaxing massage on every spa menu is mostly long, slow, unhurried strokes, and you can learn them. This course shows you how to set up a warm, quiet room with what you already own, choose a simple oil, use your body weight instead of your thumbs, talk about pressure, and work through the back, legs, feet, arms, neck and scalp. It ends with a complete 60-minute routine you can follow from a printout.

Curriculum
In a deliberate order. Each lesson explains one part of the treatment in plain words, gives you a routine, recipe or checklist you can use, and ends with a short practice and the safety points that matter.
You will know what this course covers, how to work through it, and how to decide before every session whether a massage is a good idea today.
You will be able to set up a warm, quiet massage space on a bed, floor or table, protect your sheets, and choose and patch test a simple oil.
You will be able to use five core strokes, protect your own wrists and thumbs, and agree on pressure with a simple 1 to 10 scale.
You will be able to give a calm 20-minute back and shoulder massage with the receiver face down, working beside the spine and never on it.
You will be able to massage the backs and fronts of the legs and the feet, turn the receiver over under the towel, and recognize the leg signs that mean no massage.
You will be able to give a relaxing 10-minute arm and hand massage with the receiver face up, staying away from the armpit and keeping the elbow crease light.
You will be able to massage the back of the neck, the scalp and the face with light, safe touch, keeping well away from the front and sides of the neck and the eyes.
You will be able to give a complete 60-minute relaxing massage from a written plan, help the receiver up safely, and recognize the signs that mean stop and see a doctor.
