This page identifies the person who operates this website and sells the courses offered on it. It is published to meet article 2 of Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013 on electronic commerce, articles 31 and 33 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and the trader identification rules that apply in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and elsewhere.

What is sold here

SerenesBloom sells 6 online home spa courses for adults: relaxing massage, tension relief massage, aromatherapy massage, the home facial, body scrubs and home spa rituals. They are sold individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Spa Library for $147. Each course contains 8 complete written lessons with step-by-step routines, recipes and checklists in tables, safety notes in every lesson and a written plan to keep. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each course, including the title of every lesson, are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.

What is not sold here

SerenesBloom is an education publisher. It is not a spa, a clinic, a massage school or a beauty salon. We do not provide treatments or appointments, we do not sell oils, cosmetics, devices or any other physical product, and we do not recommend or receive commissions from any brand or shop. The courses are wellness education for personal use at home. They are not a professional qualification or a licence to practise massage or esthetics, and they are not medical advice. Who we sell to

We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SERENESBLOOM.

Complaints and disputes

Please write to support@serenesbloom.com or call +55 11 99237-0761 first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.

Complaints platforms. Consumers in Brazil may also use consumidor.gov.br, the official public platform for consumer complaints, or contact PROCON-SP (procon.sp.gov.br) or the PROCON of their own city. Consumers in the European Union may contact the European Consumer Centre of their country, and consumers in the United States the consumer protection office of their state. We are not signed up to a private dispute resolution scheme and none is compulsory for us.
